How to solve the problem of obvious parting line (misalignment of parting surface)?
How does the parting line come into being? The injection mould is composed of two half-edge moulds. To get the product out of the moulds after injection, it is necessary to separate the two half-edge moulds. Where the mould is separated, there will be a line on the surface of the injection product, called the closing line.
Why do the products produced by the die have obvious parting lines?
The following reasons are indispensable:
1. Mould's own precision is not enough in machining (such as shape and position tolerance, module plastic deformation, etc.) resulting in the closing line setback.
2. Installation of precise positioning on parting surface is not enough, which can not play the unqualified parting  line caused by precise positioning of cavity when clamping.
