       German Kranz Company has successfully developed a bottle blowing machine which can produce OPP bottles. Based on the Kranz two-step bottle blowing technology, the machine can achieve the same speed as PET bottle blowing. The blowing speed of each cavity per hour can reach 1500 bottles. If the heating structure of the preform heating station of the bottle blower is slightly improved, the speed can be further increased. The conventional Krans bottle blower now used to blow PET bottles can also blow OPP bottles at the same speed.

T       he design of this equipment applies the principle of linear dynamics to make it have linear structure. Compared with high output rotary equipment, the linear structure makes its components simpler and the fuselage more compact. It is said that in the case of more than four die cavities, due to some restrictions related to mechanical and technological factors, rotary equipment is still preferred.
